About Kate Andre

Kate Andre - A woman with long dark hair wearing a light-colored blazer and a green top, smiling outdoors with a green leafy background.

I believe in human-first work, the idea that when we prioritize people, we create the conditions for lasting impact, innovation, and meaningful change. My work is driven by a simple truth: people have an incredible ability to transform organizations when they feel seen, connected, and empowered to collaborate.

I hold a master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Harvard Extension School, and bring years of experience in change management, team development, employee engagement, inclusion, and accessibility work. Throughout my career, I’ve helped teams navigate complex transitions, strengthen trust, and build cultures that foster both belonging and performance.

What brought me here is a genuine curiosity about people: what motivates them, what connects them, and what helps them thrive at work. I’ve seen firsthand that sustainable change doesn’t happen through process alone; it happens through people. My approach blends data-driven insight with empathy, helping organizations align strategy and structure with the human experience at the center.

My values — authenticity, connection, growth, and equity — guide everything I do. Whether I’m coaching leaders, facilitating workshops, or designing change strategies, my goal is to help people rediscover the power of collaboration and unlock the potential within their teams and themselves.
